Open the lid of the charging case. Both earbuds will turn on and enter pairing mode automatically. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and select 'WENKEY [Model]' from the list of available devices.
Take both earbuds out of the case and touch and hold the panels for 6 seconds to turn them off. Then, touch and hold the panels on both earbuds for 10 seconds until they turn on, clear the pairing list, and turn off again. Place them back in the case to complete the reset.
