For security reasons, Qolsys does not provide default installer codes to end users. Please contact your authorized security dealer or installation company for assistance with codes or system configuration.
Most Qolsys sensors use coin cell (CR2032) or lithium (CR123A) batteries. Open the sensor cover carefully, replace the batteries observing proper polarity, and snap the cover back into place. Check your specific device manual for exact battery types.
While basic local functions may work, most advanced features—including remote app control, software updates, and professional monitoring—require a subscription through an authorized Alarm.com security dealer.
To update software, ensure your panel is connected to Wi-Fi, then go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Upgrade Software. You may need a Master or Installer code to access these menus.
