Процедура розгортання через MDM

Підготуйте приймач ScreenBeam

1. Оновіть прошивку приймача SB1000EDUG2 до версії 11.2.19.0 або пізнішої.
2. Log into the receiver’s Local Management Page, Features tab and enable Orchestrate Lite

Note: Separate extension installation policies are required for teachers and students

1. Register Orchestrate Windows Assistant app with your AAD tenant
2. Using your MDM, create policies to install the O8 Windows Assistant app with the appropriate Command-Line arguments for your configuration.

наприкладample, наступний рядок буде використано для ввімкнення режиму Orchestrate Lite, встановлення цільових пристроїв для використання як Студент, встановлення розширення в Microsoft Edge та закріплення розширення на панелі інструментів. Зверніть увагу, що кожен параметр розділяється пробілом, і порядок не має значення.

Configuring Google Admin
Доступ клієнта API

1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
   Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click це посилання.

6. Натисніть «Авторизувати». Клієнт API має дозвіл на доступ до даних користувачів.
   

Керування користувачами в адміністраторі Google
Щоб додати нового користувача, виконайте таку процедуру:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click це посилання.
3. Click Add new user and the Додати нового користувача box appears. Fill in the required fields and click ДОДАТИ НОВОГО КОРИСТУВАЧА щоб додати нового користувача.

Щоб керувати організаційними одиницями, виконайте таку процедуру:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click це посилання.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.

Керування розширенням Orchestrate та додатком Chrome
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click це посилання.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID варіант

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click зберегти у верхньому правому куті.
