Plug the bed base into a power source and press the Pairing/Program button on the control box for about 1 second until the pairing lamp flashes. On the remote, press and hold the 'SW' button until the backlight flashes, then press and hold 'HEAD UP' (or 'BACK UP' depending on your model) until the backlight stays solid. A beep from the control box confirms successful pairing.
First, replace the three AAA batteries in the remote. If it still does not work, repeat the remote pairing process with the control box. Also, verify that the bed's base is properly plugged into a working power source.
First, adjust the bed to your desired position. Press and hold the 'SW' button for 3 seconds until the backlight flashes, then press the desired memory button (such as TV or ZG) until the backlight turns solid. Your new position is now saved.
