  Generally, you press and hold the pairing button on the controller for 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes slowly. Then, press a button on the Kinetic Switch once. The controller's light will turn off, indicating successful pairing.

• How do I reset or clear pairing on an EBELONG controller?

  Long press the pairing button on the controller for about 12 seconds. The indicator will flash from slow to fast, stay solid, and then turn off, meaning all paired switch information has been cleared.

• Can EBELONG Wi-Fi controllers work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home?

  Yes, by downloading the Kinetic Switch App and enabling the 'Smart Life' skill in Alexa or action in Google Home, you can control your lights or devices using voice commands.

• What is bridging mode on an EBELONG controller?

  Bridging mode strengthens the signal between the switch and controller if there is a long distance or multiple walls. To activate it, long press the pairing button for 7 seconds until the light flashes quickly, then press the switch.

• Why does my LED lamp flash when dimming with the EBELONG Dimming Receiver?

  Please check the LED lamp parameters to confirm it supports Reverse Phase dimming or Forward Phase dimming. If it does not support it, you will need to replace the lamp with one that supports dimming.
