Baseus Bluetooth Earphone Manual
Please read this manual fully before use and keep it for future reference. This guide fits all Baseus in-ear TWS earbuds (Bowie, Encok, Eli Sportseries).

Power On & Bluetooth Pairing

Увімкнення
Open charging case lid, earbuds power on automatically, LED lights flash alternately to enter pairing mode.
Перше підключення

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/laptop;
2. Search Bluetooth device: Baseus Bowie XXX;
3. Tap the device name to pair, voice prompt “Connected” when matched.

Автоматичне повторне підключення
Put earbuds into case and close lid to power off; open lid to auto connect last paired device.
Підключення двох пристроїв

1. Pair earbuds with Device A, put earbuds into case without power off, turn off Bluetooth of A;
2. Open lid to pair Device B;
3. Reactivate Bluetooth of A to connect two devices simultaneously, auto switch for incoming calls.

Операція сенсорного керування

Керування музикою

• Відтворення/пауза: Double tap touch area of any earbud
• Попередній трек: Тривале натискання лівого навушника протягом 1.5 секунд
• Наступний трек: Тривале натискання правого навушника протягом 1.5 секунд
• Зменшення гучності: Одне натискання лівого навушника
• Збільшення гучності: Правий навушник одним натисканням
• Голосовий помічник (Siri/Google): Triple tap any earbud

Контроль дзвінків

• Answer Call: Double tap earbud
• Hang Up Call: Double tap during call
• Reject Call: Long press earbud for 1.5s

ANC / Transparency Mode (Noise Cancelling Models)
Long press earbud for 1 second to cycle: ANC Mode →Transparency Mode→ Standard Mode
Режим низької затримки гри

1. Double tap charging case button to toggle;
2. Enable in official Baseus App.

Charging & Indicator Lights

Заряджайте навушники
Place earbuds into charging slots, close lid to auto charge, inner light turns on while charging.
Чохол для зарядки
Plug Type-C cable into 5V power adapter; flashing light = charging, steady light = fully charged.
Light Status Definition

1. Pairing Mode: One white light fast flash, one white light slow flash
2. Low Power: Red light intermittent flash with voice reminder
3. Factory Reset: Both earbuds flash white 3 times then turn off
4. Full Case Charge: Steady light without flash

Factory Reset (Fix single-side mute, disconnection failure)

Model with Case Button

1. Put both earbuds fully into case, keep lid open;
2. Long press case button for 8–10s until both earbuds flash white 3 times;
3. Release button, close lid for 5s, open lid to re-pair Bluetooth.

Touch-only Model (No Case Button)

1. Forget earbuds device on your Bluetooth list;
2. Triple tap earbud touch panel, hear three beep alerts;
3. Put earbuds back into case, reset complete.

Baseus Official App Functions

1. Download “Baseus” App in app store, auto bind after Bluetooth connection;
2. Custom touch gestures, EQ sound, spatial audio, game low latency mode;
3. Check real-time battery of earbuds & charging case;
4. Enable ENC call noise reduction, voice boost, find earbuds location;
5. OTA online firmware upgrade to optimize sound and connection stability.

Загальні усунення несправностей

1. Звук має лише один навушник: Complete factory reset, clean metal charging contacts, delete Bluetooth record and re-pair;
2. Frequent Bluetooth disconnection: Stay away from 2.4G WiFi interference, update firmware via App;
3. Muffled & quiet call voice: Clean microphone hole, enable ENC mode inside App;
4. Неможливо зарядити: Wipe dirty metal contacts, replace charging cable or power adapter;
5. Unresponsive touch panel: Dry water on earbuds surface, reset touch settings in App.

Попередження щодо безпеки

1. Do not listen music at high volume for long periods to avoid permanent hearing damage;
2. Only daily sweatproof, not suitable for shower, diving or swimming;
3. Charge once per month if unused long-term to extend lithium battery service life;
4. Keep away from high temperature, heavy squeeze and dropping;
5. Keep away from children to prevent accidental swallowing of small silicone ear tips.
