The kettle offers two temperature selection modes:

- 5 Common Temperature Presets: Rotate the main knob to select one of the preset temperatures: 175°F, 185°F, 195°F, 200°F, or 212°F. The selected temperature will be displayed.
- Точний контроль температури: Press the "MODE" button to switch to precise temperature control. Rotate the main knob to adjust the temperature freely between 100°F and 212°F in 1°F increments.
Once the desired temperature is selected, the kettle will begin heating. The display will show the current water temperature as it heats up. The 1200W heating element allows for rapid boiling, typically heating 0.8L of water in 3-4 minutes.

After reaching the target temperature, the kettle will automatically enter a 1.5-hour Keep Warm mode. This function maintains the water at your selected temperature for up to 90 minutes.
