1. Place the mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the locking groove.

Attaching Mixing Tools (Dough Hook, Flat Beater, Wire Whisk)

Mixing (Dough Hook, Flat Beater, Wire Whisk)

1. Add ingredients to the 8.5-quart stainless steel bowl.
2. Lower the motor head and attach the splash guard.

4. Turn the speed knob to the desired setting:
