2. Assemble Sieves: Place the finer mesh sieve (650 micron) into the larger, coarser mesh sieve (1875 micron). The coarse sieve is designed to sit on top of the fine sieve.

1. Prepare Honey: For optimal filtration, ensure your honey is at a suitable temperature (typically room temperature or slightly warmer) to allow it to flow easily through the meshes.
2. Pour Honey: Slowly pour the raw honey, including any wax cappings or impurities, into the top (coarse) sieve.
3. Dual Filtration Process: The upper 1875 micron mesh will capture larger particles such as wax cappings, bee fragments, and other significant debris. The honey will then pass through to the lower 650 micron mesh, which will further refine it by removing finer particles, pollen, and smaller impurities.
