4.1 Заряджання гарнітури

Before first use, fully charge your headset. The headset provides up to 60 hours of working time on a full charge, which typically takes 2 hours.

1. Connect the provided Type C charging cable to the charging port on the headset.

The LEVN CT003 headset uses Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and efficient connection. It supports dual connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously.

1. Увімкнення: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
2. Увімкнути Bluetooth: На вашому пристрої (смартфоні, планшеті, ноутбуці) увімкніть Bluetooth.
3. Виберіть гарнітуру: In your device's Bluetooth settings, search for and select "CT003" from the list of available devices.
4. Підтвердити підключення: Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will turn solid blue. A voice prompt will confirm "Connected".
5. Подвійне підключення: To connect a second device, disconnect the headset from the first device (or turn off Bluetooth on the first device temporarily). Put the headset back into pairing mode (blue and red flashing LED). Connect to the second device. Then, re-enable Bluetooth on the first device, and the headset should automatically reconnect to both.

The 270° rotatable microphone can be adjusted to your preferred position on either your right or left side. Ensure the microphone is positioned close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup and noise cancellation.

7. Вирішення проблем

If you encounter issues with your LEVN Bluetooth Headset, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Гарнітура не вмикається: Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to the Type C charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 10 minutes before attempting to power on again.
• Не вдається підключитися до пристрою:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within the 15-meter range.

• Poor microphone quality or background noise:
  • Ensure the microphone boom is positioned correctly, close to your mouth.
  • Verify that the AI Noise Cancellation feature is active (it is an inherent feature of the microphone).
  • Check your device's audio input settings to ensure the headset microphone is selected as the default input device.
• Audio in mono during calls/gaming: This is a limitation of Bluetooth technology when using the microphone for communication (Hands-Free Profile). To achieve stereo audio, the microphone typically needs to be inactive. If stereo audio with an active microphone is critical for your use case (e.g., gaming), consider a headset that uses a 2.4GHz wireless protocol instead of Bluetooth.
