  • Connect a 9V DC power supply (minimum 300mA, center negative) to the 9VDC input jack on the rear panel.

3. Looper Operation

When the TYPE selector is set to "Loop":

  • REC (Footswitch A): Press to start recording a loop. The REC LED will illuminate. Press again to stop recording and start playback.
  • PLAY/PAUSE (Footswitch B): Press to play or pause the current loop.
  • ONCE (Footswitch C): Plays the loop once and then stops.
  • UNDO/REDDO (TAP Footswitch): Press to undo the last overdub. Press and hold to redo.

4. TonePrint Integration

The Flashback 2 X4 supports TC Electronic's TonePrint technology. This allows you to upload custom-tuned effects from your smartphone or computer.

  • Download the free TonePrint App for iOS/Android or the TonePrint Editor for Mac/PC.
  • Connect your pedal via USB to your computer or use the "Beam" function with your smartphone.
  • Load artist TonePrints or create your own custom delay sounds.
  • The pedal has 6 dedicated TonePrint slots for storing your favorite custom effects.
