Mapei Ultracolor Plus FA with DropEffect technology is an ultra-premium, fine aggregate, fast-setting, polymer-modified, color-consistent, non-shrinking, efflorescence-free grout. It is designed for joint widths from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5 to 19 mm).

The innovative DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption, helping to repel water, dirt, and grime from penetrating grout joints. • Ensure all tile adhesive has cured completely according to the manufacturer's instructions before grouting.
• Grout joints must be clean, dry, and free from any loose debris, dust, or contaminants.

• The depth of the grout joint should be consistent and at least 2/3 the thickness of the tile.

2. Initial Mixing: Pour the measured water into a clean mixing bucket. Gradually add the Ultracolor Plus FA grout powder while mixing with a low-speed drill (300 rpm or less) and a paddle mixer.
