Transmitter Installation (Push Button)

Prepare the Transmitter: The transmitter is pre-installed with a battery. Ensure the battery insulation tab (if present) is removed.

Receiver Installation (Chime Unit)

Select the volume level that best suits your environment. The receiver will remember your selection.

Visual Alert (Flashing Light)

When the push button is pressed, the transmitter will flash a blue LED light.
Simultaneously, the receiver will also flash a blue LED light, providing a visual alert in addition to the audible chime. This feature is particularly useful for individuals with hearing impairments.

Pairing Additional Transmitters/Receivers (If applicable)

Your kit comes pre-paired. If you purchase additional TECKNET WA838 components or need to re-pair them:

Transmitter Battery Replacement: The transmitter uses a standard 12V 23A alkaline battery. When the LED indicator on the transmitter no longer lights up or the range decreases significantly, it's time to replace the battery.
