Physical Features and Components

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Прикріпіть настільну підставку: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Підключіть телефон: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).

   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).

6. Початкове завантаження: The phone will power on and begin its boot sequence. This may take a few minutes. The display will show the boot progress and then the main idle screen once connected to the network and registered with your SIP server.

  1. Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press an available Line key.

Advanced Call Functions

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Голосова пошта button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Довідник soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Циферблат soft key to initiate a call.

Adjust the volume during a call using the Збільшення гучності і Зменшення гучності buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.
