Unlocking with Code:
Enter your code by pressing the buttons in the correct sequence. The CL310K allows code entry in any sequence (non-sequential).
Once the correct buttons are pressed, turn the handle/knob to retract the deadbolt.
Release the handle/knob to allow the deadbolt to extend and secure the door.

To lock the door, simply close it. The deadbolt will automatically extend. For enhanced security, ensure the deadbolt is fully extended into the strike plate.
Changing the Code:
The CL310K comes with a random factory-set code. It is highly recommended to change this code immediately after installation.

Locate the code change pins/tumblers on the back of the keypad unit.
Using a small tool (e.g., tweezers or a small screwdriver), rotate the pins corresponding to your desired new code. Pins should be set to 'ON' for numbers in the code and 'OFF' for numbers not in the code.
Reassemble the lock onto the door.
Test the new code multiple times with the door open before closing and locking.
