3. Підготовка

3.1 Підготовка поверхні

• Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
• For best results, lightly abrade smooth surfaces to improve adhesion.
• Protect surrounding areas from overspray using masking tape or drop cloths.

• Shake the can thoroughly for at least 10-15 seconds before use and periodically during application to ensure proper mixing.
• Test the spray pattern on a scrap piece of material to familiarize yourself with the variable-width lace spray.

4.1 General Application

1. Відрегулюйте сопло: Rotate the spray tip to achieve the desired spray width (narrow, medium, or wide lace pattern).

3. Час роботи: Allow the adhesive to become tacky. For single-surface application, wait approximately 1-10 minutes. For two-surface application, wait 1-60 minutes. The adhesive is ready when it feels tacky to the touch but does not transfer to your finger.
4. Склеювання: Carefully align the surfaces and press them firmly together. Apply uniform pressure across the entire bonded area to ensure maximum contact.

4.2 Bonding Polyethylene and Polypropylene

Allow sufficient open time (5-10 minutes) for the adhesive to become very tacky before joining. Apply firm, even pressure.

5. Cleanup and Storage

5.1 Post-Application Cleanup

• To prevent clogging, invert the can after each use and spray for a few seconds until only propellant comes out. Wipe the nozzle clean with a cloth.
• Excess adhesive can be removed with a citrus-based cleaner or mineral spirits, following the cleaner manufacturer's instructions.
