• Does TEYES ONLINE consume power after the car is off? Yes, TEYES ONLINE continues to operate after the vehicle is turned off. However, it has been optimized for minimal power consumption and will not significantly drain your car battery. If the voltage drops below a safe level, the system will automatically power off to protect the battery.
• Do I need to buy an external microphone? The CC4 PRO has a high-quality built-in microphone. However, for right-hand drive vehicles, using an external mic is recommended to improve voice clarity, as microphone performance improves when it's closer to the speaker.
• Is USB audio output supported? Yes, the CC4 PRO supports USB audio output up to 24bit/192kHz for high-resolution sound.
• Can the cameras record video? Yes, both front and rear cameras support simultaneous recording. Video files are saved to a connected USB drive. You can view and replay recorded videos directly from the head unit.
• How does parking surveillance work? Before turning off the vehicle, enable the parking monitoring function. After the engine is off, recordings will continue and be saved to the USB drive. You can customize settings like recording duration and frame rate (e.g., 1 frame per second or 30 fps).
• Is 360-degree camera support available? Yes. The CC4 PRO supports up to 6 cameras simultaneously, including: 4 digital signal 360-degree cameras and 2 analog ADAS front/rear cameras.
