3. Налаштування та складання

Your RCB RK6 Electric Folding Bicycle comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup.

1. Розпакування: Обережно вийміть велосипед та всі компоненти з упаковки. Зберігайте упаковку для подальшого транспортування або зберігання.
2. Регулювання керма:

   Unfold the handlebar stem and secure it in the upright position using the quick-release lever. Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable riding position and tighten the clamp надійно.

3. Регулювання сидіння:

   Insert the seat post into the frame. Adjust the seat height so that your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped, or for optimal pedaling efficiency. Secure the seat post with the quick-release clamp.

4. Установка педалі:

   Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal has a reverse thread. Screw the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then tighten them securely with a wrench. Ensure they are fully tightened to prevent loosening during riding.

5. Установка батареї:

   Insert the fully charged battery into its compartment on the frame. Ensure it clicks into place securely. Use the provided key to lock the battery if applicable.

6. Накачування шин:

   Inflate tires to the recommended pressure indicated on the tire sidewall. An inflator is included with your bicycle.

4.1 Увімкнення/вимкнення

To power on the bicycle, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. The display will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

4.2 Режими їзди

The RCB RK6 offers multiple riding modes:

• Режим Pedal-Assist: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. You can adjust the level of assistance using the '+' and '-' buttons on the display. This mode extends your range and makes pedaling easier, especially uphill.
• Electric-Assist (Throttle) Mode: If equipped, this mode allows you to propel the bicycle using only the throttle, without pedaling. Use with caution and according to local regulations.
• Звичайний велосипедний режим: The electric system is off, and you can ride the bicycle like a traditional bike using pedal power only.

4.3 Перемикання передач

The bicycle is equipped with a 7-speed gear system. Use the shifter on the handlebar to change gears according to terrain and desired speed. Shift to lower gears for climbing hills and higher gears for flat terrain or downhill riding.

4.4 Гальмування

The RCB RK6 features disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Use both brake levers simultaneously for effective and safe braking. Apply gentle pressure initially and increase as needed. Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds.

5. Інформація про акумулятор та його заряджання

The RCB RK6 is equipped with a 36V 12Ah removable lithium-ion battery.

5.1 Заряджання батареї

• Ensure the bicycle is turned off before charging.
• Акумулятор можна заряджати як встановленим на велосипеді, так і знятим.
• Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
• Індикатор зарядного пристрою зазвичай світиться червоним під час заряджання та зеленим, коли пристрій повністю заряджений.
• Час повної зарядки становить приблизно 5-6 годин.
• Не перезаряджайте акумулятор. Від’єднайте зарядний пристрій після завершення заряджання.

5.2 Догляд за акумулятором та його зберігання

• Зберігайте акумулятор у прохолодному, сухому місці, подалі від прямих сонячних променів та екстремальних температур.
• Якщо акумулятор зберігатиметься протягом тривалого періоду, заряджайте його до 50-70% кожні 2-3 місяці, щоб підтримувати його в робочому стані.
• Не піддавайте батарею впливу води або вологи.
• Якщо акумулятор пошкоджено або має ознаки перегріву, негайно припиніть використання та зверніться до служби підтримки.

6. Технічне обслуговування

Регулярне технічне обслуговування забезпечує довговічність та безпечну експлуатацію вашого електровелосипеда.

• Шини: Check tire pressure before each ride. Maintain pressure within the recommended range (usually found on the tire sidewall). Inspect tires for wear, cuts, or punctures.
• Гальма: Regularly check brake lever tension and brake pad wear. Ensure brakes engage smoothly and effectively. Adjust or replace pads as needed.
