This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of your HECASA White Tractor Canopy, Model CB-903. 5. Налаштування та встановлення

Installation requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly and installation. Tools required: 10mm, 11mm, 15mm, and 17mm wrenches.

1. Prepare Canopy Halves: Lay the two plastic canopy halves on a flat, clean surface. The rough side of the plastic will face upwards when installed.

3. Install Roll Bar Brackets: Install the lock pin on each roll bar bracket using a washer and cotter pin. Spread the cotter pin to secure.
4. Mount Brackets to ROPS: Lay the roll bar bracket on top of the tractor's ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure). Ensure the adjustment teeth face towards the rear of the tractor. Attach the L-Clamps to the roll bar bracket using the 3/8" x 2" bolts and lock nuts on the top, and 3/8" x 1 1/4" bolts and lock nuts on the front bottom.
5. Center Bracket Assembly: Center the bracket assembly on the roll bar and lightly tighten the bolts.
6. Attach Canopy to Brackets: Mount the assembled canopy top to the roll bar bracket by sliding the front bolts into the slots. Lift the front of the canopy and engage the rear bolts into the desired adjustment slots.
7. Безпечний навіс: Slide the lock forward over the front bolts. Attach the four clamp knobs to the bolts and tighten them securely.
8. Остаточне затягування: Once the canopy is positioned correctly and all components are aligned, fully tighten all bolts and nuts. Ensure all connections are firm and stable.

The HECASA Tractor Canopy is designed for passive operation, providing shade and protection. No active controls are required during use.

• Регулювання висоти: The canopy's height can be adjusted by repositioning the rear bolts in the different slots on the roll bar bracket. Loosen the clamp knobs, adjust the canopy to the desired height, and re-tighten the knobs securely.
• Removal for Transport/Low Clearance: The canopy can be quickly removed by loosening the four clamp knobs and sliding the canopy off the mounting brackets. This is useful for transport or when operating under low branches or in areas with limited overhead clearance.
