2. Changing Codes to Prevent Interference

Your wireless door chime kit features 32 selectable codes to help prevent interference from other wireless devices in your vicinity. If you experience false rings or inconsistent operation, you may need to change the operating code.

• Locate the code selection jumpers or switches inside both the receiver and the transmitter units.
• Using a small tool (e.g., a screwdriver), adjust the jumpers/switches in both units to a new, matching code. Both the receiver and transmitter must be set to the same code for the system to function correctly.
• Test the system after changing the code to ensure proper communication.
