1. Встановлення батареї

The VLF2.1 Metal Detector requires two 9V batteries (not included).

1. Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside or rear of the control housing.

5. Search Modes

The VLF2.1 offers 2 search modes, typically controlled by the discrimination setting:

• All-Metal Mode: With the Eliminator knob set to its lowest discrimination, the detector will respond to all types of metal. This mode offers the greatest depth detection.

6. Detecting Objects

Sweep the search coil slowly and steadily from side to side, keeping it parallel to the ground and approximately 1-2 inches above the surface. The volume of the tone is proportional to the signal strength, indicating the proximity and size of the object. Coin-sized objects can be detected up to 5 inches deep, with larger items detectable at greater depths.
